Safety

The safety of our students is paramount to us.

Every student has the right to feel safe and secure at our school.

Therefore:

  • the school grounds (including the car park accessible via a barrier) are fenced;
  • 24/7 monitoring equipment is installed inside and outside of the school building;
  • the school employs security guards;
  • entry codes are required to enter the school building;
  • the school reception is the first point of contact for visitors;
  • during mandatory lessons underage students are not allowed to leave school premises by themselves;
  • we are very strict when it comes to allowing students to leave the school before the end of mandatory lessons (the form tutor and the reception has to be notified each and every time); students are not allowed to use phones at school except for educational purposes (teacher permission is required);
  • we actively oppose any form of bullying or harassment and we react immediately to any disturbing signs;
  • we take part in regular training sessions within the scope of school staff safety;
  • students have access to free mental health support;
  • we take great care to ensure spoken language is of the highest quality and try to instil good manners in our students.
